The instructions below do not apply to clients using Single Sign-On (SSO) and user accounts associated with fake email addresses. For SSO users, contact your organization’s Help Desk, and for users with shared email in DTS, contact your organization’s DTS administrator.
- In the login screen, click the Help link: I am having trouble logging in.
- You are directed to a screen where you will enter your username in DTS.
- Click Send. You will get a confirmation that an email has been sent.
- Check your email inbox for a message from DTS Support with this subject: DTS Password Request.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
